He streamlined processes and enhanced efficiency by implementing; CRM Systems, Reporting Lines, Chain of Command, and Target Settings. He also spearheaded an international venture in East Africa, hiring 600 employees within 12 months and developed the company, while maintaining a competitive profit line in a third world country with British ethics and values.
Steven’s education includes 16 years of Leadership and Management Courses and a COO background from running several successful International Companies. Furthermore, he is PRINCE 2 (Practitioner) and PRINCE2 (Foundation) trained. Steven’s achievements will also include the CII Award RO1-RO6. In addition, he was honoured with the Queen's Commendation for Valuable Service and earned four General Service medals through his Military Career in the elite British Parachute Regiment as a Colour Sergeant, Senior NCO in 1 PARA.
Steven enjoys spending his free time with his family, reading, hiking and is an avid football fan!
